I see lots of taxis around here, Town and Countrys, Grand Caravans, etc. with swapped PCMs and VIN mismatches. I highly doubt that is causing your driveability issues. I would run the VIN on the used PCM and see what motor it is for just to make sure you don't... Login to read more.
