No viscous coupler on 2002 with a V6. Transfer case uses a wet clutch pack similar to an auto trans that it pulses for auto mode and a shift fork and collar for 4wd. Most likely is tire circumference or an issue with the module. Very common on 2002 with Motoro... Login to read more.
