TCM will need to be prgrammed it is a 6 speed but in a 3/4 ton its a heavy unit not the 1/2 they should still jive.

I would try to teach the ECM that it is a 5.3 MAF should compensate without much trouble but IIRC the 6.0 does not use variable displacement a... Login to read more.
