Andy, It's from the DME, and it should be normal.

If it sees less than 2.9V on that line, when the transistor is off, it sets a p0445. With the transistor on, if the load is less than 0.02A then it sets a p0443. If the load is more than 2A then it sets a p04... Login to read more.
