hey eric, here in nc. we work on unifirst trucks alot. i had the same problem with one charging at 15.9 and alternator duty cycle was 99%. the codes were low voltage on 5 volt referance. reading 3 volts or less. found the battery to have an intermittent short.... Login to read more.
