In the 70's I bought an aftermarket "racing" sprocket for a Honda motorcycle. It came with 5-16"-24 bolts to thread into the 8-1.25 MM holes in the hub. The poop sheet said "this provides a beneficial locking effect". I passed, and used loctite. Login to read more.
