[Blap! Blap Blap Blap...] [Coned? Stretched? Smeared? Damaged.] [Smeared...] [Torqued to Spec!!!]

I'd recommend replacing this wheel and all the lugnuts. Actually all four wheels were like this so, the whole set. May as well do the studs.
