Okay, replacing the Trap/Pump/Vent Module assembly solved the problem. I was able to verify the repair using the Toyota automatic evap self test in a Snap On scan tool with the 13.2 software. Fyi, I didn't have to drop the tank completely to swap the Pump Modu... Login to read more.
