The only time we've seen consumption problems here is when people go away from the recommended 0W20, and put in 5W30 or some other cheaper oil. Once back on 0W20, the consumption goes away. Every Toyota in Japan (outside of turbo) runs 0W20, so I put Toyota 0W... Login to read more.
