You can mix the oil with no problems. Conventional/blend/full/high mileage, doesn't matter it will all mix.

For the trans temps, will partially depend on the oil. But 200 degrees should not be bad on it. 220 is ok for short periods of time, pulling a trailer... Login to read more.
