I suspect maybe the bolt didnt put enough "crush" to hold the gear/balancer. Why? IDK. Crankshaft Bolt face flat? Crankshaft hole clean? bolt bottom out? It may be too late to check this over unless you get the engine back, and even then? Just a WAG. Login to read more.
