Hi George: Charging voltage is dependent on ambient air temperature. The charging voltage is highest in cold weather, lower in hot weather. If you have 15 volts it better be very very cold. I have seen the charging voltage at 14.95 volts but the air temp was 6... Login to read more. ![]()
