A new injector will open at 140 Bar or approximately 2000 psi when actuated. I believe there is no pressure set point for the PCM to actuate like a PowerStroke. This opening pressure drops over time as the injector wears. 120 bar or 1740 psi is not uncommon. Login to read more.
