In a MAF engine, ALL the air the engine is inhaling is measured by the MAF, unless there are air leaks between the MAF and the cylinder heads. EGR is inert which means it is free of oxygen or HC. It matters not how much EGR enters the engine, the MAF is still ... Login to read more.
