Re: Misfires caused by EGR flow
The EGR tube will be hot at idle. Not all the way to EGR valve but near manifold it will. Should get hotter when EGR flows. that is why some use EGR temp to tell if it operates. On older engines the intake manifold had to get hot . they some form of heat riser... Login to read more. ![]()
