Of the hundreds of 7.3L I've work on, never seen one get that hot to melt the EOT sensor. Most likely there is another melted sensor that has shorted the PCM's 5 volt reference voltage for all the 3 wire sensors. Check all fuses first, then it will take some ... Login to read more.
