PCM isnt powering up. Need to check power and ground to PCM. Theres a 30 amp fuse (cant remember position off the top of my head) Also powers fuel heater. That was a very common issue with the 7.3. Would shut the pcm down. If you need pinout for the PCM, leave... Login to read more.
