Lpg produces about 1/2 the CO in untreated exhaust gas as gasoline - 0.50% vs 1.00% in well-tuned engines. When you add normal warehouse ventilation in the mix, the breathing air is under the OSHA limit (normally 50 ppm or so for 8 hours exposure).
