I'd bet it was a Wagner (black base Korea) 9005 or 9006. It's been my experience they wreck every headlight plug they come in contact with (Toyota Highlander, Corolla, GMC Envoy just to name a few) Using another bulb manufacture has corrected all issues for me... Login to read more.
