Aric, please read the info that Kevin wrote about the bypass valve tendency to open during cold starts. When the bypass valve is eliminated, ALL OIL THAT GOES TO THE ENGINE HAS TO FIRST BE FILTERED BY THE OIL FILTER! Not a bad idea, huh?
