Re: Can a CTS be out of range when cold?
Well, the PCM compares the CTS reading to Ambient air temp,
that's how. Let say your car has been sitting for over 12
hours, and CTS reading is still 30 degree hotter or colder
than ATS, it can throw a code. ![]()
