I've tried, it isn't reliable. and it depends on how you failed. Let say your LTFT is +20%, STFT is +20%, running lean maxed out at idle. Now you go test drive it, it is still at 20%, max out. Now what? bad MAF? or big vacuum leak? or bad O2 sensor?
