'Pre-wet' a Fuel Filter?
In the January 2011 [sic] Motor Magazine, an article by Sam
Bell mentions that one should "pre-wet" a new fuel filter
prior to installation. Presumably this would be done by
immersing the filter in clean gasoline. ![]()
