I have an update. I unplugged all vacuum operated accessories and capped vacuum ports. Then, I unplugged IAC and idle drops to 450RPM.

Now I start reconnecting the accessories 1 by 1. I get everything back on except for the vacuum line going to the pcv valve... Login to read more.
