I have never seen that on a 4.6. Due to the mileage, I would swap injectors for the why not reason to see. Then I would also suspect a possible slight head gasket leak causing a wet plug to misfire at times. I have seen it on older 3.8's that would intermitten... Login to read more. ![]()
