Thanks for the reply Scott. Yes the wire was 1827. I tried dc volts, ac volts and hertz. All increased with vehicle speed. Yes, it never reached a full volt, but it was there and increasing with speed. I am going to replace the ecbm after checking the grounds ... Login to read more.
