I like to do exhaust-pressure testing on the road with the gauge taped to the windshield. I don't think a snap-throttle test is valid for back pressure.

I do think that a steady 2 psi at an unloaded 2500 RPM is too high. I'll bet you that under road load you... Login to read more.
