This is a 89 t bird with 3.8, fails emissions HC at idle, the emissions became worse as the ambiant temp rose, finally walked away for a spell, after hot soak (it was about 103f or so) the car ran really bad, put a guage on it and the fuel pressure was only 20... Login to read more.
