Calculated load vs incorrect volumetric efficiency

I am using this Porsche Boxster as an example, but I am trying to see if this applies to other makes and models.

How is it possible that a PCM can attain a 100% calculated load value, when the volumetric efficiency is in the toilet, like well below 50%? Ada... Login to read more.
