Karl, atmospheric pressure at sea level is roughly 14.7 psi. So if you remove the air inside a sealed chamber you will at most have 14.7 psi on the outside of that chamber. So if you can get absolute vacuum on the engine at best you will have 14.7 lbs per squa... Login to read more.
