Re: CTS failure and a long walk home
Very common failure on these TBI engines. Did you notice the black smoke rolling out of the exhaust before it stalled? And yes, the PCM does read the -39° F, and adds lots of fuel accordingly. Unplugging the CTS puts the PCM in a failure mode of more like... Login to read more. ![]()
