Sorry Bill, I just re-read your post. It looks like its running rich. This wouldn't be a vaccum leak. When you said "ruled out frt 02" does that mean you replaced it? I had a GM 02 sensor once that was off giving a false reading. Do you have a gas analyzer? Ca... Login to read more.
