Re: Burning oil after switching to synthetic oil
With so few details, it is hard to say. Very possibly, the synthetic oil began cleaning a very contaminated crankcase and rings, especially if it is made from Group IV base stock. This can cause the oil filter to load up and the oil begins to bypass. A few rep... Login to read more. ![]()
