Re: Burning oil after switching to synthetic oil

I already checked for vacuum in the crankcase for that. Was just wondering if switching to synthetic at high miles can cause an engine to burn oil. maybe something happens to the rings or maybe he got the cylinders hot and fried the rings because he ran it out... Login to read more.
