Have a 05 Mitsubishi Lancer. Cooling fans will come on on cold start, no a/c. They will cycle off then come back on, all during cold engine operation and no a/c. They continue to cycle on for little bit then cycle off, very erratic. Is this normal? I/m thinkin... Login to read more.
