I explain and show them a damaged plug, qoute them the normal R&R and state we will do our best to break as few as possible, but if 1 breaks it is a min of 1 hr per broken plug. Last one I did I only broke 1 on number 5 had it out in 10 minutes but still charg... Login to read more.
