NO, I've been seeing this since early 80s. And I'm not saying it's the CAUSE of the failure, I'm saying it's the "straw that broke the camels back". Usually it's high-mileage, poor maintenance type vehicles (no fuel filter changes). They are usually travelers.... Login to read more.
