Pretty sure the SKIM is bad. The one scan-tool I don't like (Hana-tech) has SKIM data option. On first data attempt it was a no comm. I unplugged the SKIM checked for the 2 power inputs 1 constant, 1 ignition switched and 1 ground. Everything was there in good... Login to read more.
