Steven, when they are NOT PCM commanded DON'T mess with flow charts. Ford regulators "A"S"I" are not PCM commanded even if the PCM initially excites the unit. PCM commanded units use varying frequency to tell the voltage regulator what to do. Their regulators ... Login to read more.
