I use a pro-cut on car brake lathe (sparingly) on rotors that have worn unevenly or thickness [...] that measure up ok, get a light scuffing (in a non-directional pattern) with emery tape to de-glaze the friction surface. I do the same with park brake friction... Login to read more.
