Here is a wave of the EPC solenoid in a 95 Econoline. This is after PCM and solenoid replacement. I could post an image of the old parts but you wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Notice that the signal is not pulled to ground. All PCM grounds and engine... Login to read more.
