Ive seen plenty of those too, always the case as far as I can recall with SBEC and JTEC or older. One of the cases I mentioned I know for sure was a Cummins PCM, the fan clutch problem is fairly common, no start because its the same 5V circuit as the CMP & CKP... Login to read more.
