I never discount any possibilities. Assuming a plugged vent filter, during purge vacuum needs to pull air from somewhere. That somewhere would have to be from the top of the tank. It would at minimum be pulling raw fuel vapor from the top of the tank, and pote... Login to read more. ![]()
