No need to pull the dash for the LEFT (Lower) actuator. Just lower the passenger sound insulation (if its even there) and replace it. MAKE SURE you don't plug the new one in until its bolted to the case! Takes 15 minutes if your dragging your feet. ;-) Login to read more.
