Actually KE-Jet in this case. MB installed K-jet in 1976 on
v8s for the US. AS feedback control appeared they converted
to K-jet with Lambda in 1980. To facilitate electronic
control and use less pieces they started KE-jet in 1984 with
the 190E 2.3.
