The rubbers on my twirling stick wore out ;>} I squirt some WD40 down the guides & chuck them up in a light slow speed air drill & bounce them off the seat, takes about 10 seconds.. Works for me.. After seeing where the seat is I like to put it back in the gr... Login to read more.
