i found it . while the frame pump was bad ( reinstalled to verify ) the right tank pump is D.O.A. so we replaced both tank pumps and the frame pump . now it holds 35 psi . nice and staedy . I got a tour with the ass kicking machine and learned so i dont think... Login to read more.
