Too bad you didn't post the waveform of the pump, but it sure sounds like it's just plain old worn out and can't keep up anymore. I'm not an expert on current-ramping fuel pumps, but 5 amp draw seems low to me. It's likely lost the rpm's to provide the proper ... Login to read more.
