I maintain that fuel pump speed is useless except to know if there is no fuel in the tank (or the pump can't pick it up for some reason). I have seen good pumps from most manufacuturers with speeds of 2700 to 8000 rpm. I can say the same for bad ones. The key ... Login to read more.
