Hi Scott

Would seem to me, If you had a cam ground with no overlap & timed the intake to open Just after TDC & the exhaust to open just before BDC & used a crank gear on the cam as well, so it is spinning AT crank speed.. you would effectively have a 2 cycl... Login to read more.
